    Scan the QR code or tap install, turn on data roaming when you land, and you are online.

Will my phone work?

Check before you buy. Your phone needs eSIM support and must be unlocked, which means not tied to one carrier.

Not sure of your model? Dial *#06#. If you see a number called EID, your phone supports eSIM.

What is an eSIM?

A digital SIM card built into your phone. You add it by scanning a QR code, with no plastic card or shop visit. Your normal SIM stays in place, so your number keeps working.

Will my phone work with an eSIM?

Most phones from 2019 onward do, including iPhone XS and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer and Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer. The phone must also be unlocked. Use the checker above to be sure.

When does my plan start counting days?

When the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination, not when you buy or install it.

Will I keep my number and WhatsApp?

Yes. Your own SIM stays on for calls and texts, and WhatsApp keeps your number. RoamZivo only carries the data.

Can I use hotspot for my laptop?

Yes, where the plan allows it. Each destination page shows whether hotspot is allowed.

What happens if I run out of data?

Top up the same eSIM from My eSIMs. You do not need a new QR code.
